What Questions to Ask Your Customers

 

- How satisfied are you with my business’ selection of products or services?

- What products or services should we add?

- What products or services should we eliminate?

- Are our prices higher than you expect, lower than you expect, or about what you expect to pay?

- How do our prices compare to other companies’ prices for similar products or services?

- In what ways are our offerings better than competitors’?

- In what ways are competitors’ offerings better than ours?

- When deciding to purchase one of our products or services, what are the most important factors to you (e.g., price, quality, selection, speed)?
