- How do our prices compare to other companies’ prices for similar products
or services?
- In what ways are our offerings better than competitors’?
- In what ways are competitors’ offerings better than ours?
- When deciding to purchase one of our products or services, what are the
most important factors to you (e.g., price, quality, selection, speed)?
