Creating an atmosphere

Make your party a success by pre-planning:

Whether a wedding or a child's birthday party it is essential that your room is not too big. How many times have you been to a party and no one wants to get up first. This is especially significant in this case. Therefore reducing the size of the dancefloor or room will help. The type of function obviously is a consideration but even reserving tables furthest from the dancefloor until those nearest are occupied will greatly increase your chances of creating a spark. This means guests are more likely to participate and set the ball rolling on dancefloor.
For childrens or private parties cut the room size by using buffet &  tables or chairs to form a smaller area this generates that special  togetherness that a good DJ can utilize to involve those reluctant to get involved.

Rather than choosing the biggest ,grandest room for your special event please consider that size isn't everything.Select a room which may be tight for your numbers but a buzz will develop and any percentage  not able to make it  allows more space for your guests.
At my parents Golden wedding after viewing larger hotels and clubs I booked a small club for 60 guests and  everybody had a great time the whole night.

LASTLY and  MOST IMPORTANTLY...  BOOK a  RECOMMENDED PROFESSIONAL DJ/Entertainer by NAME not just the cheapest price.
